• Wakefield Development Company was named Wake County Developer of the Year in 2007
• Wakefield Development Company sold 1,266 homes in all of
its communities in 2005, bringing in a sales volume of over $357
million.
• Bedford at Falls River was named Community of the Year
for its region at the NAHB 2006 Nationals Awards for the second
year in a row.
• Mackintosh on the Lake, Wakefield’s
first Triad area development, will be the largest new-home residential
