When developing at Renaissance Park, brick, wood and stone or simulated brick, wood and stone, aluminum, vinyl panels, tiles and pre-cast materials are to be used. Colors of buildings must consist of natural tones with light accent colors. A wide variety of colors are encouraged to further accent the urban flair of Renaissance Park.
