As president of Wakefield Development Company, John Myers is the driving force behind its successful emergence as one of the top residential development companies in the Carolinas. Joining the parent company team, L.M. Sandler & Sons, in 1998, Myers has over 20 years of experience in planning, engineering and developing master-planned communities.

Receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA from George Mason University, Myers is currently a member of the executive committee of the Triangle Community Coalition and serves on the Board of Directors with the Raleigh-Wake County Home Builders Association.

While a single leader is necessary at any company, it is important to realize that it takes a complete team to create these remarkable communities.
